Delivery and Return Instructions

After arriving into the Madrid Barajas Airport from a flight, collect your luggage and then call 900-712-137 toll-free from a public telephone. A shuttle from Auto Turistica Iberica (ATI) will then take you to the pick up center. Your incoming flight information is important for the agent to be able to meet you at the appropriate time. If your flight details change for any reason, please contact the Peugeot office using the telephone numbers below.

For vehicle returns, please contact Peugeot Sodexa four business days prior to your prearranged date of return. The procedures and information for return will be provided when you call for a vehicle return appointment.

To get to the return facility, take highway A2 and take the exit via de servicio, which leads to the ATI reception office. A shuttle will return you to the departures area of the airport.
